On June 19th Gold Leaf Estate Planning, LLC celebrated our 2-year anniversary after opening our doors on June 19, 2017. Over that timespan we have served hundreds of individuals and families throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota by preparing Wills, Trusts, and other estate planning documents to ensure that if something happens to them, their family will be taken care of.
We have also served families by assisting with the probate and trust administration process when a family member has passed away. We have even served as local counsel with relation to probate and trust administration matters in Minnesota for clients living across the globe. From Seattle, Washington to Ambergris Caye, Belize we have ensured that our clients receive the best care possible.
Since opening our doors in 2017, attorney Zach Wiegand has been named a Minnesota Super Lawyer – Rising Star three years in a row – 2017, 2018, & 2019. This is an honor reserved each year for less than 2.5% of Minnesota attorneys.
More importantly, Zach has been recognized by his clients for providing excellent counsel and service. Click the links to read our client reviews on AVVO or on Google.
With the growth of our firm, we have added to our staff. Marie A. Pocock has joined the firm in the role of paralegal. Marie assists with the drafting and preparation of estate plans. Marie also ensures that each client’s experience with the firm is first-rate. In addition, Zach’s wife, Ruth Wiegand, has officially joined the team. Though she had been providing support to the firm in the past, we are excited to announce that she is taking over as the firm’s marketing director. With a Master’s in Education and a background in both collegiate teaching and corporate training, Ruth is uniquely qualified to help guide our campaigns to help educate the public about the importance of planning early for the what-if’s in life.
Thank you to all of our clients, family, and friends for making this an incredible first 2 years. We look forward to our continued service to the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota in the areas of estate planning, probate, and trust administration for many years to come!
