During your initial consultation, you will receive a recommendation on what estate plan best achieves your objectives. You will also receive the flat-fee cost for creating that plan. There are no hourly bills and no wondering what the total cost will be.

We are able to offer flat fee probate and trust administration services, but oftentimes we will bill by the hour for these services. For any hourly billing services, we are generally able to give you a range of what fees to expect based on our experience handling similar matters.
